Our OLE-AD program is to facilitate students to prepare, create and perform their drama performance, follow up with reflecting activities.  Students can acquire learning both in drama and  through drama.

Cooling Conflicts is a conflict management programme involving drama education techniques and peer teaching. It is originated in Australia, and has over 10 years of application and research history in the school context.  This programme assists students to examine how conflict escalates, teaches them how to manage conflict, empower them to manage their conflicts and to become leaders in conflict management.
酷凌行動是一項針對及預防校園衝突及欺凌的計劃,協助學生探討衝突的成因以及因何升級,並如何有效處理衝突。酷凌行動於澳洲的學校應用和研究超過十年。計劃能增強學生衝突處理能力,並讓他們成為衝突處理的模範。

The program is a group-based ethnodrama project.  We will lead students to conduct interviews and collect stories of specific group, analyse the collected data and transform them into performance.
整個項目利用人種誌劇場的方式,帶領學生分成小組採訪特定社群,了解他們的故事及需要,再將訪問所得加以整理並以戲劇的方式呈現。

Theatre-in-Education (TIE) originated from the UK in 1960’s.  With forty year’s of application, it has been practiced by drama educators and teachers around the world on different issues and topics.
